    Jazz singer-pianist Anthony Strong has won plaudits around the world for his high energy, feel-good shows.

    His repertoire is unashamedly ‘old school’ – from jazz standards and classics, through to early Stevie Wonder and Motown - and tonight he pays tribute, in song, to some of the greatest male jazz singers of all time.

    Jonathan Kent’s production for The Royal Opera captures the dangerous political turbulence of Rome in 1800.

    Liverpool Cavern Club's resident four piece band The Rockits are joined by female vocalists, The Ladybugs. Together they are Simpy '60s.

    As a young child, playing with her toy turtle, Louise longed to be the greatest ocean explorer.

    An environmental odyssey for children aged 6+, made in partnership with the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust.

  • South Holland Concerts Presents Gitarrissima

    Gitarrissima were a huge success on their last visit and return by popular request.  Their programme includes selections from Bizet’s Carmen, Gershwin’s Porgy and Bess, Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet, and Khachaturian’s Gayane.

    The five musicians are Olga Dimitrova, RĂ©ka Mihalovics, Antonina Ovchinnikova, Ayako Kaisho and Emily Smejkal.

    The evening may include psychometry, photograph readings and psychic prediction.

    Legislative guidelines insist that any ’Evening of Mediumship’ should be billed ’for entertainment purposes’. Tony certainly uses his natural wit, showmanship and Cockney charisma to entertain as well as aiming to instil a sense of peace, comfort and purpose.
